Meet Our Team
Coleen Doughty » Employing Broker
Coleen Doughty purchased, what is now Proficient Property Management Services, INC, in 2006 after she retired from being a Captain at Canon City Police Department. Coleen received her Real Estate License the same year.
Since purchasing Proficient Property Management Services, INC, she has been involved in the day-to-day operations and handles overseeing most of the field activities and record keeping. Coleen handles all of the commercial rentals.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and 7 Grandchildren.
Kim Martin » Broker Associate
Kim Martin has worked for Proficient Property Management Services, INC, since 2006. She originally joined the team to help with the accounting and day to day operation, of the business. Kim received her Real Estate License in 2014. After obtaining her Real Estate License she helped with more of the licensed duties and responsibilities. In 2018, with the help of a mentor, Kim started selling real estate.
Today Kim handles the day-to-day accounting, various Property Management duties and helps people looking for their next home or investment to buy and sale their properties.
When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and two kids.
Charlotte Wilder » Office Assistant / Maintenance Coordinator
Charlotte started cleaning for us, as a vendor in 2013. She was then hired on to Proficient Property Management Services, full time in 2020. She does most of our out of the office work, she has an eye for the details!
When she is not working, she enjoys baking, candy making, crafts and spending time with her Grand Kids!
